By using our website or purchasing our products, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have not been convicted of computer or internet-related offenses

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must not use our website or purchase any products. By placing an order, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.

We reserve the right to request written confirmation of your authority and may refuse access to our site if necessary for security or legal compliance.

You confirm that you will use our website to purchase wellness products solely for your own personal, non-commercial use as a principal and not as a representative or on behalf of any other person.

4. Prices & Duties

Pricing Information

Product prices shown on our website include delivery charges but exclude duties, taxes, fees, levies, or other governmental charges ("duty unpaid and untaxed").

International Shipping Notice

All duties, taxes, customs duties, and import charges related to your delivery address are your responsibility. As goods ship from a non-EU country (China), additional costs may apply. Please check your country's import duties and VAT before ordering.

Pricing Errors

We strive for accuracy but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error, we'll notify you promptly and offer you the choice to reconfirm your order at the correct price or receive a full refund.

5. Placing Orders

All orders are subject to stock availability. A contract is only formed when we issue an Order Confirmation and applies only to products listed in that confirmation.

  • Orders consisting of multiple products may be delivered separately
  • We reserve the right to remove products from our website at any time
  • We may refuse or reject any order, even after sending confirmation
  • If we cancel your order after payment, you'll receive a full refund

6. Payment

Payment Methods

You can pay using any payment methods listed on our website, including promotional vouchers when available.

Payment Responsibilities

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • The payment method used belongs to you
  • You have sufficient funds or credit capacity
  • You will not make unauthorized chargebacks or reverse payments

7. Delivery

Delivery Process

We endeavor to deliver to your specified address within our estimated timeframes. Goods are dispatched within 2-5 days of payment confirmation, with standard delivery taking 5-8 working days (exceptionally up to 4 weeks).

Risk Transfer

Risk in products passes to you upon delivery, unless delay is due to your breach of obligations. If you're unable to accept delivery, we may arrange redelivery or charge reasonable return costs.

International Delivery

Orders ship from Asia, which may result in longer transit times beyond our control. Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are your responsibility as the "importer of record."

8. Order Cancellation & Modification

You can cancel or modify orders by emailing us before packing begins. Once packed, orders cannot be changed and must be returned according to our returns policy.

Automated Processing

Our automated system triggers orders immediately. Cancellation is only possible within 24 hours after ordering. If products are en route, please wait for delivery and return them to us.

9. Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, email us with details and a photograph. We'll examine returned items and, at our discretion, either replace the product with delivery costs covered or refund the full purchase price plus return costs.

10. Returns & Refunds

Return Period

30-day cooling-off period from when you or a nominated third party receives the last product in your order.

Return Conditions

Products must be returned:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused with original packaging and labels intact
  • At your expense for return shipping
  • With proper packaging to prevent damage

Refunds are processed to your original payment method after we receive and approve the returned items. Due to international shipping from Asia, early refunds are only possible 16 weeks after order receipt if goods haven't been received.

11. Liability & Legal Protections

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the greater of US$1,000 or five times the product price. We exclude liability for indirect, special, or consequential losses to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Claims Period

Any claims must be brought within one year of the act or omission allegedly causing the loss.
