We offer a generous 30-day return policy for products that are in their original and resalable condition. This gives you plenty of time to experience our wellness products and ensure they align with your beautiful thinking journey.

Your 30-day return period begins from the date you receive your order. We want you to have adequate time to thoughtfully experience our products and determine if they support your wellness goals.

To ensure the highest quality for all our wellness community members, returned items must meet the following conditions:

In original, unopened packaging (for hygiene and safety reasons)
Unused and in resalable condition
Include all original accessories, instructions, and packaging materials
Returned within 30 days of delivery

For the wellbeing of our entire community, we cannot accept returns of wellness products that have been opened, used, or compromised in any way. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity.

🤝 Special Circumstances

Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Wrong Item Sent
Our mistake, our responsibility. We'll send the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect product.
Defective Products
Quality is paramount to us. Defective items will be replaced or refunded immediately, regardless of the condition.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

💰 Refund Information

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item sent). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise specified.

Depending on your payment method and bank processing times, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

🔁 Exchanges & Store Credit

While we don't currently offer direct exchanges, we're happy to process a return and help you place a new order for the item you prefer. This ensures you receive exactly what supports your wellness journey.

Store credit options are available upon request and can be a convenient way to try different products from our wellness collection. Store credit never expires and can be used for any future purchases.
